2. Hosting

The site runs on a virtual server provided by STRATO AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Str. 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany). The server is located in Germany (EU). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. No data transfer to third countries takes place for hosting itself. For sending contact-form emails we use Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Legal basis Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; transfer to the US is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would rather avoid the form, please email us directly.

3. Server log files

On every request the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). Logs are deleted after 14 days.

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form we process your name, email and message in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Data is deleted as soon as processing is complete and there are no statutory retention obligations.

5. Calendly (booking)

This site lets you book a consultation via Calendly (Calendly, LLC, 271 17th Street NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). The Calendly script is only loaded once you actively click the booking button. No data is transferred to Calendly before that click. When the booking overlay opens, personal data (IP address, browser information, booking details such as name, email and selected slot) is transferred to Calendly. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment coordination). Transfer to the US is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 6. Cookies & tracking

This site does not set marketing, tracking or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used (e.g. for the language preference). Calendly sets its own cookies after you click the booking button, used only in the booking context. No cross-project reach measurement takes place.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Please send requests by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
